Spare Parts Specialist is focusing on sales of spare parts for Paper, Pulp and Energy, evaporators and environmental systems in pulp & paper mills and power plants in India as part of AP PEC Parts and CS.
He/She is working together with sales team to identify and affect customer needs, making technical specifications, quotations, and coordinating deliveries to customers in India.
Job Description
Report to Performance Part Manager
Active on product sales and promotion together with sales team
Make technical specifications and quotations to customers
Negotiate prices and close deals with customers together with sales team
Handle purchase orders and follow up order status.
Keep up contacts with Valmet overseas technology and manufacturing units
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or Process engineering
5+ years’ experience working with boiler or pulp & Paper mill technologies
Familiar with boiler or pulp & Paper mill components, equipment’s and accessories
Good ability on technical specific vocabulary / technical language skills.
Ability to provide technical information, clarification and advice.
Understanding on Incoterms and payment terms
Good oral and written English
Proficient in MS office, skills in Lotus, Baan and SAP are appreciated
Service minded and mature with good team playing and organizing skills
