You will be managing customer orders, inquiries, claims, and logistics coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure seamless order fulfillment. This role partners closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence and business growth.
Jobresponsibilities include:
Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order issues, claims, and returns.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve issues and support customer needs.
Monitor and resolve order exceptions, including blocked orders, backorders, shortages, and billing discrepancies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with SAP, FMCG, or Shared Services environments is an advantage.
