As Plant Manager, you will have full responsibility for the site's safety, people, operations, and financial performance. You will translate business strategy into operational execution, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and world-class customer satisfaction.

Hagfors is located in theVärmlandregion, approximately one hour from Karlstad. We welcome applications from candidates already living in the area, as well as from those interested inrelocatingor commuting from Karlstad or nearby towns. Given the nature of the role, a regular on-site presence in Hagfors is important, with most working days spent at the site.
As Plant Manager, you will:
Take overall responsibility for Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), operational performance, quality, delivery, and profitability.
Lead production, production engineering, maintenance,purchasing, and site support functions.
Build strong relationships with employees, unions, customers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
We are looking for a leader with a proventrack recordof delivering results in a complex industrial environment. You are passionate about safety, operational excellence, and developing people and teams.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Solid understanding of production processes, quality management, maintenance, productivity improvement, and supply chain collaboration.
A Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
As a person, you are analytical, systematic, andsolution-oriented. You lead through collaboration, inspire trust, and create an environment where people can perform at their best.
