Align with TMKT team a consensus KCP sale forecast to provide timely and accurate demand to upstream functions. Provide reasonable analysis of forecast based on business strategy. Review forecast achievement and adjust high bias SKU’s forecast.
Daily check DC forecast, actual order and inventory conditions. Work with logistics team to arrange deployment. Communicate with related functions to fulfill customer as well as we can. Cooperate with sales team and solve all supply issue. Improve customer service level with optimized inventory.
Weekly tracking sales forecast achievement. Provide accurate replenishment plan timely. Fastly coordinate related functions and resources to solve supply issue or give supply proposal to response emergency demand.
Tracking and manage inventory level in all DCs. Make sure national inventory level is reasonable. Periodically update SMI model. Monitor Inventory healthy condition. Coordinate Sales/MKT/Trade-MKT team to clear slow-moving stock.
Manage routine supply. Support promotion demand, NPI and product upgrade. Cooperate with sales/TMKT and MKT team to ensure launching and promotion plan.
Maintain Planning relate master data in R/3 and P10 timely to ensure data accuracy. Monthly review products status in system. Quarterly review master data and apply for any changes if needed. Ensure system info is accurate.
Monitor Inventory healthy condition. Monthly coordinate Sales/MKT/Trade-MKT team to clear slow-moving stock.
