We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to grow our business, develop new customer relationships, and manage key accounts throughout the region.

What You'll Do
- New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Prospect and generate leads within assigned territories
- Develop strategic account growth plans
- Present innovative corrugated packaging solutions
- Account Management
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Sales & Market Strategy
- Prepare pricing proposals and quotations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
- Achieve sales growth and profitability targets

Car Allowance: $10,140 Annually

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, industrial sales, or B2B sales
✔ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
✔ Proven ability to develop new business opportunities
✔ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
✔ Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
✔ Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
- Must be local to Columbus, OH
Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Equivalent sales experience considered
