Digital Communications Manager
Job Description
Mision: Drive Saica’s digital presence and reputation by designing and executing the Group’s digital communication strategy, coordinating agencies and business units, and leading the adoption of new technologies and artificial intelligence within the communication function.
Main Tasks
- Lead and execute the corporate digital communication strategy (website, social media, content and campaigns), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand consistency.
- Manage and grow corporate digital channels, creating engaging content that enhances visibility, engagement and reputation.
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns (corporate, commercial, employer branding and sustainability), coordinating internal teams and external agencies.
- Monitor and analyse performance through KPIs and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights to continuously optimise results.
- Drive innovation in communication through the use of AI and automation tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Sustainability, People, IT) and support internal communication, media relations, events and crisis management.
Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising & Public Relations, Marketing or similar;
- Postgraduate studies in digital communication or digital transformation are an asset.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in corporate and digital communication, preferably in B2B/industrial and/or multinational environments and/or communications agency.
- Proven experience managing corporate social media, digital campaigns and coordination with agencies.
- Advanced knowledge of social media management tools, web/social analytics, email marketing platforms and CMS.
- Regular professional use of generative AI tools (text, image, video) in communication contexts.
- Project management experience will be a plus
- Experience in web design and content production is a plus
- Experience with Photo and video-editing tools is a plus
- International experience
Languages: High level of English (minimum C1) for international coordination.
