The Role
Quality
- Manage all elements of SW Arklow Quality System.
- Lead quality control within the manufacturing process, analyse quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inspection of outgoing product and associated paperwork.
- Point of contact for all customer queries and requests relating to Quality.
- Responsible for investigation, closure and recording of all internal and external quality related issues, including communicating with interested parties.
- Collaborate across all functions to ensure effective resolution of customer complaints.
- Manage ERP transactions i.e. returns from customers.
- Host and perform audits, with both regulatory bodies, customers and suppliers.
- Identify site quality training needs and deliver training sessions for employees and management as required.
Safety
- Support the risk assessment review process and updating of procedures.
- Manage workwear / PPE requirements for the site.
- Support safety initiatives and policy implementations.
- Conduct internal H&S audits and assist with external audits.
