We are looking for an experiencedProcurement Supervisorto lead our procurement team and ensure a stable, cost‑effective, and compliant supply of materials for our mechanical production operations. In this role, you will be the key driver of supplier performance, cost optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration – directly impacting our business performance inQuality, Delivery, Safety, Cost, and Efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Formulate and implement procurement plans based on production and project requirements; complete material sourcing, price comparison, order placement, and delivery follow-up to ensure stable production and on-time delivery.
2.Be responsible for supplier development, evaluation, assessment and management; establish and maintain a qualified supplier list, optimize the supply system, and reduce supply chain risks.
3.Lead cost optimization initiatives and achieve continuous reduction in procurement costs through negotiation, centralized purchasing, material substitution, and other measures.
4.Manage and control procurement orders, contracts, delivery schedules, quality, and payment processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and full traceability.
5.Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, warehouse, and other departments to resolve incoming quality issues, delivery abnormalities, and material shortages.
6.Implement the company’s procurement policies, processes, and compliance requirements; prevent integrity risks, contract risks, and supply chain risks.
7.Implementing personnel training and development plan by performance management, ensure sufficient talent pool.
8.Get to know relative regulations of safety, environment, industry hygiene, and quality management, strictly follow and implement during work process.
9.Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
10.Accept temporary tasks arranged by superiors when it is compliance to regulations.
Expectations for you:
1. bachelor’s degree or above, engineering related profession.
2. above 3years management working experience in mechanical field.
3. have basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability.
4. have good communication and coordination ability.
5. have higher requirements to work, could continuously get new
knowledges to improve relative skills.
