Safety and Environment Coordinator (Samutprakarn Mill, Thailand)

About You
In one of our engineering roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. Job responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Safety Officer in warehouse operations, coordinating with subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment in line with company policies.
Inspect, advise, and enforce compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations.
Identify risks, evaluate safety issues, and report workplace conditions as required by government standards.
Conduct safety activities and submit reports/documents.
Collect, analyze, and report on workplace accidents, illnesses, and hazards.
Manage safety-related activities such as waste management and security control.
Promote safety initiatives to management and staff.
Support assigned projects and activities to achieve safety goals.
Organize safety training and awareness programs.
Propose improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency.
You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of ARBEX products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in safety roles, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
Certified Safety Officer (Professional Level) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, occupational health, and environmental standards.
Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
Ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of English both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
