You will:
Support a Supply Chain Team to achieve agreed commitments to our customers
Manage customers’ orders in our internal system
Complete transactional tasks in IP systems
Cooperate with internal departments of International Paper and get to know logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation
Have an opportunity to use your analytical skills in performing different tasks
Constantly learn about Supply Chain, pulp and paper industry to develop understanding of analyzed data
You have:
Status of a student or graduate willing to gain experience in Supply Chain area
Availability to work around 30h per week
Fluency in spoken and written English
Eagerness to learn and gain new experiences
Team playing skills
Attitude of a person with attention to detail and analytical thinking
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially MS Excel
Ability to support preparation of routine reports and data summaries
Experience working with online platforms, databases, or portals (e.g. SharePoint, SAP, or similar) will be considered advantageous
Basic familiarity with procurement or supply chain concepts (e.g. from studies or previous work experience) is a plus
General awareness of sustainability topics, environmental regulations, or supply chain responsibility is an asset
