Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Carrington.
As a Financial Accounts Manager, you will oversee financial account management processes, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulations such as VAT, customs, HMRC. Daily responsibilities include managing and developibg finance team to achieve their goals, providing exceptional customer service to the UKIE plants regarding CAPEX and month end process.You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring team members to meet organizational objectives and adhering to Saica’s policies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Account Management, including financial analysis and reporting
- Skills in Team Management to lead and motivate team members effectively
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or shared service is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACCA or CIMA are preferred
